Shipping Policy

Digital memorial portraits and cards are delivered by email within 24 hours after we receive the photo and personalization details.

Physical keepsakes are shown as an upcoming collection while samples are reviewed. Product-specific delivery, shipping, tax, and remake terms will be confirmed before those products open.

Remake & Refund Promise

Every custom order starts with a preview. If the preview does not feel right, we revise it before production.

If the delivered item materially differs from the approved preview, arrives damaged, or has a production defect, we remake it or refund it. A clear photo of the issue helps us resolve it quickly.

Because each keepsake is personalized, approved custom orders cannot usually be cancelled after production begins. We still review sensitive situations with care.

Privacy Policy

Pet photos are used only to create the requested preview, digital file, or physical keepsake. They are not sold, licensed, or used in advertising without written permission.

Customers may request deletion of uploaded photos after fulfillment. Transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, and customer support.

Emails collected for early-access notes or order updates are used only for Lumipaw communication and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Terms of Service

Customers confirm they have the right to use any photo or text submitted for a keepsake. Lumipaw may decline content that is abusive, infringing, or unsuitable for production.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs processing, and address issues can affect timing.

Lumipaw is currently opening in a small early-access batch. We confirm each order personally before payment, production, or delivery begins.
