A pet memorial gift made from the photo they still have.
For a friend who has lost a dog or cat, begin with something personal and quiet: a private portrait preview, reviewed from their photo and emailed within 24 hours.
- No payment before approval
- Digital delivery first
- One small revision included
- Photos stay private
Give them a familiar face, without asking them to be okay.
Flowers can be beautiful, but they pass quickly. A portrait made from a photo they already love can stay nearby without making grief public or requiring an immediate reply.
If you are unsure what to say, a simple note is enough: "They were family. I am so sorry. No need to reply."
See gentle gift wording →How the private preview works
The first step is digital, private, and low pressure.
- 1
Share the best photo you have
A clear face helps, but an old scan or phone photo may still work. You can send two or three options.
- 2
Receive a real preview within 24 hours
We review the photo and email the portrait preview. The on-site placement tool is only a layout concept, not a restoration.
- 3
Approve only if it feels right
No card is charged for the request. If you approve, we send a secure payment link for the finished digital set.
We will not promise that every photo can be restored.
A visible face and eyes give us the best chance. Severe obstruction, extreme compression, or a missing face cannot be recreated faithfully. If none of the photos can produce a respectful result, we will tell you before any payment.
Read the Photo GuideQuestions people ask before sending a pet loss gift
Clear answers, without rushing the decision.
What can I give someone who has lost a dog or cat?
A personal keepsake made from a familiar photo can acknowledge the loss without asking the recipient to respond. Lumipaw starts with a private digital portrait preview rather than shipping an unexpected physical item.
Can I send the preview directly to my friend?
Yes. You can request it using the photo and details you have, then decide whether to forward the finished digital gift yourself. We do not contact the recipient unless you ask us to.
Can you work with an old or blurry pet photo?
Often, yes. A visible face and eyes help most. Send the best two or three photos you have, and we will say honestly if none can produce a respectful result.
Do I pay before seeing the preview?
No. We send the preview first. A secure payment link is sent only if you approve and want the finished digital set.
Are physical memorial gifts available?
Not yet. Suncatcher and night-light samples are still under review. The current offer is the digital memorial portrait set only.
Start with the photo. Decide after you see the preview.
No payment before approval. No public post. No pressure to order.
